Diesel Quality Hydrometer
You will be surprised at the difference in quality between various diesel suppliers that can lead to low fuel economy, this will potentially shorten your engine life, or result in unnecessary costs.
Low diesel density can also lead to poor combustion efficiency, costing you in excessive fuel bills like stop start operation or short run time. At the other end of the scale, it may be your last chance to act, before a catastrophic engine failure occurs (eg piston seizure, valve or turbocharger failure).
With a Diesel Hydrometer, you have the opportunity to know the quality of diesel you intend to buy and take measures that will save you money
Please note : Adulterated Diesel density reads below 0.84
