Golden-vlaue smoked Titus is a freshly gutted,washed and seasoned Titus fish without any chemical preservative,with only salt as the seasoning agent. It is hygienically smoked without any soot or caecinogenic material. It is semi-dried so as to retain some of the oil content which is beneficial to the body.
