- This model is a double chain stitch buttonhole machine.
- Buttonholes with or without eye and with it without taper bar can be sewn.
- The button hole form is determine by 2 exchangeable disc cams with corresponding knives.
- The upper disc cam determine the form of the eye. The disc cam lying thereunder determines the taper bar form and the button holelength.
- The smallest and largest buttonhole width for each sewing device is established by the position of the limit plate.
- The needel bar swings to the right from from the rest position when sewing the right buttohole seam and to the left when sewing the left buttonhole seam.
- The spring hangered clamp frame automatically adapts to differing material thickness.
- The safety devices do not have to be removed when tilting up the machine.
- The combined finger eye protection device increases safety. It is held in th work position by springs.
- The gas pressure springs aids tilting up and effects a sure, slow lowering. The stop position makes and unhindered threading of the hook thread possibl.
