Tools Needed

To use Sniper Insecticide you will need a backpack sprayer or for larger jobs, a professional spray rig of ULV Fogger.

How to Use

  • Step 1: Determine how much Sniper Insecticide you need. To do this, multiply length x width to get the total acreage or measure length of corn rows to get linear feet depending on the area to be treated. A typical treatment of Sniper Insecticide is 2.1 to 6.4 oz. per acre in a minimum of 5 gallons of water. For field corn, the dosage is 0.15 to 0.30 fl. oz. per 1,000 linear ft. of row.
  • Step 2:To mix, you will put water in your sprayer, then add the appropriate amount of chemical to the sprayer and shake it up.
  • Step 3: Apply the Sniper Insecticide mixture to the target treatment areas, spraying to wet but not to the point of runoff. It is recommended to use a fan spray pattern for uniform coverage.

Where to Use

Sniper Insecticide is meant to be applied on agricultural sites and fields to protect crops and trees. It is not meant for residential use.

When to Use

Apply Sniper Insecticide during periods where it is not too windy. The timing of the application will depend on the pest type but should typically when pests first appear. Repeat as necessary to maintain control.

Safety Information

Sniper Insecticide is safe to use when it has been applied properly according to the label and has been given time to dry. Be sure to wear the proper PPE before mixing and applying Sniper (gloves, protective eyewear, particle mask, long sleeve clothing, closed-toed shoes).

Refer to the label for instructions on treating areas around water and edible vegetation.

Do not allow workers and other individuals to enter into treated areas until 12 hours have passed after application.
