From the Manufacturer Fitting Instructions <ul> <li>Place the injuried arm into the sling, ensuring the elbow and forearm are supported securely to avoid discomfort&nbsp;</li> <li>Run the shoulder strap up from the injured elbow, round the neck and over the uninjured shoulder.
