Dilute into coconut oil as needed to apply to sensitive skin areas, but most people can apply this oil directly to less sensitive skin areas and the soles of the feet. May be added to lotions, oils, soaps and shampoos. Expect a sensation of warmth when applied, which should fade in a few minutes - if the feeling is excessive simply apply some plain coconut or other oil over the blend to dilute the essential oils.
