Combined microwave, oven and grill

Its five power levels are versatile enough for anything from gently warming a drink or fast, intense heat for baked potatoes. The 900 W microwave power is plenty for any cooking application, and there's a 1400 W oven to give you more options.

Bake, roast and casserole in one convenient microwave. Prepare grilled cheese as a snack or cook fish, meat and chicken easily and evenly using the integrated grill. It's powerful and gives you more ways to prepare meals in your microwave.

Flatbed design accommodates your dishes

Since it's not restricted by a turntable, the R861SLM makes it easier to cook with different-sized dishes. You'll have 25 litres of room, making it useful for most mealtimes. The flatbed design gives you direct access for easy wipe-down cleaning and loading.

Plenty of cooking and defrosting options

Start cooking a range of different meals and ingredients at the touch of a button – the Sharp R861SLM gives you 15 pre-set auto cook programs to help save time and guesswork. Quick Start lets you get cooking in next to no time.

Defrosting is made simple with four defrost programs – use weight and time defrost to thaw your food the correct amount so that it's not par cooked. Auto defrost helps you handle certain types of food, and you can thaw items in less time with speed defrost.

Practical and safe

Manage your cooking and mealtimes with the built-in timer – use it for meals you're preparing in the microwave or time baking and other things you're doing in the kitchen.

Enjoy peace of mind with the R860SLM's child lock, which keeps your children safe by preventing accidental switch-on and operation.
