Product Description
This 12V 220 Degrees Celsius PTC heating element uses a U-shaped corrugated fins to improve it's heat dissipation rate and combine the advantages of adhesive, mechanical and fully consider the various thermal and electrical phenomena of PTC heating parts during operation. This type of PTC heater has the advantages of small thermal resistance and high heat exchange efficiency and is an automatic constant temperature and power saving electric heater. Its outstanding feature is its safety performance, that is, when the fan fails, the PTC heater will automatically drop sharply due to insufficient heat dissipation and the surface temperature of the heater will remain at the Curie temperature so that the surface of the electric heating tube heater is not “reddened”.
Composition:
The PTC heating element consists of a galvanized outer pressure plate, a stainless steel corrugated spring piece, a galvanized inner pressure plate, a single-layer aluminum heat sink, a ptc heat-generating piece, a double-layer aluminum heat sink, a nickel-plated copper electrode terminal, and a pps high-temperature plastic electrode sheath.
Advantage:
1. The rapid heating of the aluminum sheet is more compact and the heat effect is higher.
2. Health and environmental protection without glue bonding is healthier.
3. Long and durable, no oxidation, and the service life is up to 6000 hours.
4. PTC heating element thermal efficiency up to 99%
