Calabash nutmeg aka ehuru, ehu, ariwo, awerewa, ehiri, airama, African nutmeg, or Jamaican nutmeg. Aside from its function in cooking or baking as a seasoning, calabash nutmeg has an array of traditional medicinal purposes.
