Where The Light Enters You By Servio Gbadamosi

Where the Light Enters You is a collection of 51 intriguing poems that interrogate various aspects of the African everyday experience—love, culture, music, and governance. Traversing time and space, the personal and public, the poet weaves verses of commitment that bristle with passion and hope for a troubled continent. Like his debut collection, Gbadamosi evokes the voices of older poets while remaining true to his own aesthetic program and vision.

“This is a deeply reflective sophomore collection—one which illuminates not just the myriad fields of loss but also the limitless horizons of the possible. And in many ways, this collection extends the cultural advocacy work of Servio Gbadamosi, a fine gentleman-poet, whose voice and actions in poetry, as in real life, continue to make a profound difference.”
