Breville 3L Stainless Steel Professional Fryer

Producing deliciously crispy results every time, this Breville® VDF100 Stainless Steel Pro Fryer is perfect for traditional favourites and more exotic choices alike. The variable temperature controls give fantastic versatility for home-made chips, crispy battered fish plus other tasty treats like onion rings, tempura, samosas and even fruit fritters. The cool zone area below the heating element ensures any stray pieces of food do not burn - keeping the oil cleaner for longer. Indicators show at a glance when the fryer is switched-on and also when the correct temperature has been reached. Integral cord storage helps keep your worktop tidy and the unit completely disassembles for easy cleaning.
