Creatine is a precursor to the bioenergetic fuel, Creatine Phosphate (CP). In muscle, CP replenishes cellular ATP levels during maximum intensity contractions. Supplementation with Weider Creatine Capsules, as directed, contributes to increased muscle CP levels, more work output, more muscular power, better recovery and muscle hydration. * When muscles are hydrated, muscle catabolism (breakdown) is minimized.
Directions: Take seven (7) capsules with one to two (1-2) cups (8-16 fl oz.) of any high-glycemic (high sugar), low acid, juice or beverage (grape juice, apple juice, etc.) Avoid mixing creatine monohydrate with hot beverages, acidic beverages (orange juice, grapefruit juice, etc.) and caffeine-containing beverages as they may interfere with the effectiveness of the product. Increase your intake of fluids (water) while taking this product.
Modification for Weight: Greater than 200lbs: Take two (2) servings and increase fluid intake. 150lbs to 200lbs: Take one (1) serving and increase fluid intake. Less than 150lbs: Four (4) capsules per serving and increase fluid intake.
