Healthy Catfish grown organically in our farms. Processed and smoked in the most hygienic conditions in a charcoal oven.
Flavoured with Suya Pepper (Yaji); can be flavoured with other spices upon request.
A tasty addition to most meals. It can also be eaten as a snack as a healthy alternative to processed foods.
Aside from the obvious health benefits, another advantage of this product is that there's no need to wash before use as it is sand free.
It has a long shelf life of 6 months or more when properly preserved, it can also be stored in the freezer for a year and retains its freshness.
