Product Description

The Breville VDF101 stainless steel deep fryer has a stylish rectangular shape and metallic body like those in professional kitchens making it a smart addition to your home. It has an immersed heating element and with a generous capacity of 3 litres (l) of oil and 1 kilogram (kg) of food is great for all appetites.

Deep fryers offer a number of tasty options for foodies. Use it to make traditional favourites like home-made chips with crispy fried fish or other such tasty treats as battered onion rings, chicken nuggets and croquettes. Indulge in some Asian cookery with tempura, golden pork balls and samosas or swap savoury for sweet with fruit fritters.

The VDF101 deep fryer has a temperature control allowing you to choose how crispy you like your food and power on and temperature indicators to help alert you to its status.

The ready-to-cook indicator automatically switches off once the fryer has reached your chosen temperature. There's no fear of burning your hands with the cool-touch handles and the enamel bowl is removable to help with the post fry-up clean-up.

The cord storage helps keep your kitchen worktop fuss-free and when ready to pack away, the fryer unit dissembles and the basket's handles fold for easy cleaning and storage.

Once your meal has been served and enjoyed, your used oil doesn't have to be immediately discarded thanks to the fryer's innovative 'cool zone' technology. This economical feature ensures that any stray pieces of food that have fallen out of the basket don't burn and contaminate the oil, helping it last longer and so require changing less often.
